Crawler Crane Undercarriage Parts
The crawler track shoe is composed of track shoes and track pins, which can travel and turn on uneven ground. The function of the crane track shoe is to support the weight of the entire crawler crane and provide power for travel and turning.
Crawler crane bottom rollers are mainly used to support the crane body and guide the movement of the crawler track shoes. The crawler crane bottom rollers are usually located above the crane track shoes, transferring the weight of the locomotive to the ground. The crane track rollers can also prevent the crawler crane track shoes from moving laterally relative to them, ensuring their stability and safety under various working conditions.
Crane top rollers are wheels mounted on the top of the crane undercarriage, and the main materials are 40Mn2. The crawler crane idler is mainly used to guide and support the crawler track shoe. Crane sprockets are divided into bolt type and spline type, and the main material is 35SiMn. It facilitates the movement of the crane by converting the engine power into the traction of the crawler.
