There are two main types of endless Link-Belt crawler cranes: Lattice crawler cranes and telescopic crawler cranes, including LS series, LBC series, and TCC series models. Our Link-Belt crawler crane undercarriage parts are designed to be compatible with a variety of Link-Belt models, supporting older versions such as the LS98, LS108B, and LS138H, as well as newer models such as the TCC1400, LS218I, V, and LS278H. We carry popular Link-Belt crawler crane parts including LS248HSL track shoes, LS228HSL lower rollers, LS218HSL upper rollers, drive sprockets, track shoes, LS298HSL assemblies, and more. This ensures comprehensive support for different crawler crane parts models and needs

Top-Tier Materials & Superior Durability
We use high-quality and customized materials to achieve excellent mechanical properties. By precisely balancing elements such as silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), and molybdenum (Mo), we enhance the durability and performance of each Link-Belt crawler crane undercarriage part. For example, the 40Mn2 ROUND ALLOY steel used for the top roller of the Link-Belt LS138HSL crawler crane, in place of the standard 50Mn steel, results in a service life extension of up to 150%.
Precision Manufacturing & Rigorous Testing
All undercarriage parts of the Link-Belt crawler crane are manufactured according to ISO/ASME standards and are subject to strict quality control protocols. We utilize advanced precision machinery, such as the trolley-type shot blasting machine, which efficiently removes sand, rust, oxide scale, and dirt from the surface of the crane track shoes. This process ensures a metallic finish, eliminates internal stress, improves fatigue resistance, and enhances paint adhesion. Furthermore, each Link-Belt part undergoes rigorous testing, including load, wear resistance, and fatigue tests, to verify its strength and performance.
Comprehensive Quality Control & Inspections
We have a multi-stage inspection process that ensures every Link-Belt crane undercarriage part undergoes thorough checks from raw material selection to final assembly. The critical tests include assessing chemical composition and mechanical properties, such as Tensile, Hardness, and Impact Tests. For instance, in the Impact Test, specimens must be quickly removed and tested after cooling to -40℃ to ensure they meet strict impact resistance standards. This rigorous process guarantees that all parts meet the highest quality standards and are fit for demanding operational environments.
OEM Compliance, Warranty, & Expert Support
Our undercarriage parts of the Link-Belt crawler crane are designed and manufactured to meet original Link-Belt specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance. We offer a warranty period of 2500 working hours for our products, providing customers with peace of mind. Additionally, our expert engineers supervise the production process to ensure all Link-Belt crawler crane undercarriage parts meet the highest standards. We also offer continuous support and use customer feedback to improve our crane undercarriage parts, ensuring long-term reliability and satisfaction. Our manufacturing facilities are certified by recognized industry bodies, further assuring the quality of our crawler crane undercarriage parts.
It took two weeks to finalize all the dimensions for these parts. We sincerely appreciate our customer’s patience and thoroughness during this period, which provided us with great motivation.
Now, we’re thrilled to share this experience with you.
On Saturday, November 7, 2020, we received an email from our customer stating that their LS108B crawler crane required a new undercarriage replacement. Here’s what the email said:
Our engineers immediately started inspecting the parts upon receiving the email and discovered that the machine was likely manufactured in the 1970s. Considering its age, the customer may have already replaced it with a new undercarriage frame. Therefore, the engineers requested photos and manuals of the undercarriage parts currently in use.
We then emailed the customer, and they responded promptly. The emails are as follows:
The customer reviewed all the measurements and confirmed that the machine is currently operational. They mentioned they would verify all the dimensions within the next 10 days.
On November 21, 2021, we received an email from the customer, but our engineers noticed that some of the dimensions conflicted with each other. As a result, we sent back the measurements that needed further confirmation.
On November 25, we received a response from the customer and provided them with the pricing details. After finalizing the material specifications, lead time, and payment terms, we received the purchase order on December 4, 2020.
All parts were completed by January 11, 2021. Following a thorough inspection, our shipping department dispatched the entire order to the port on January 20.
This order demonstrates the following:
We can produce track shoes, lower rollers, upper rollers, idlers, and sprockets, even for older crawler cranes. Our engineers are highly experienced and have worked with numerous undercarriage parts for various crawler cranes. We can identify the correct part based on the part number or basic measurements you provide.
We also accept OEM requests, so if you have specific requirements for materials, manufacturing techniques, or other details, we can accommodate them.
