Hitachi Sumitomo SCX2000 Track Roller
1) Roller Body: Material: 40Mn2 round steel, wear-resistant and extending service life. Other materials use 50Mn square steel. This material is less expensive than our roller bodies.
2) Bushing: 100% copper bushing instead of duplex metal (iron and copper). Bushing thickness varies from 6 to 10 mm.
3)Pin: Material: 42Cr; other models use 45# steel.
4)Floating Seals: The size of the floating seals should exactly match the size of the roller. Otherwise, oil leakage will occur.
5) The most important process is quenching and tempering. If the rollers are not made by quenching and tempering, their mechanical properties, yield strength, and tensile strength will be poor, and the roller will be easy to slip. Other factories sometimes do not quench the rollers but just temper them.
