From Casting to Finished Track Pad
Production starts with the pattern and mould configuration. After casting, gates and risers are removed and the component is cleaned for subsequent processing.
The heat-treatment stage is used to obtain the required material properties. Finishing operations then address the features specified on the drawing, including connection areas and other critical interfaces.
Before coating, the component is checked against the agreed dimensional and surface requirements. Protective finishing and packing are selected for the order and shipment conditions.
Inspection and Product Quality
Quality requirements can be defined at the material, heat-treatment, and finished-product stages. The agreed inspection plan may cover:
