Quality Inspection

Raw Material and Forging Quality Control: Components are forged as a single unit from high-quality alloy steels (such as 40Mn2 and 42CrMo) to ensure stable, reliable material properties.

Heat Treatment Process Monitoring: Forgings undergo integral quenching and tempering followed by surface hardening. Quenching temperatures are typically controlled between 850°C and 880°C, with tempering temperatures between 400°C and 500°C; high-frequency surface quenching is applied subsequently.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Finished products undergo ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing before shipment to detect hidden internal defects—such as cracks or porosity—and ensure structural integrity.

Precision Hardness and Dimensional Inspection: Hardness testing verifies the depth of the hardened surface layer and wear resistance; meanwhile, CNC machining ensures tolerances for the shaft bore and mounting surfaces, guaranteeing a precise fit with the main frame.
