Surface hardening for wear resistance
The running surfaces of the LTR1060 track link assy are heat-treated through surface hardening, improving resistance to abrasion caused by constant contact with rollers and sprockets. Local hardness enhancement
To further strengthen critical contact areas, our LTR1060 track links undergo medium-frequency induction hardening followed by quenching and tempering. This treatment increases local hardness while maintaining internal toughness, allowing the link to resist deformation and fatigue during long-term crawler crane operation.
